Guarantee

Perlas offers quality handmade jewelries at very reasonable prices. We also offer an 18- month guarantee on all our jewelries against normal wear and tear, including restringing of the pearls.  Your original invoice will serve a warranty.


Shipment and Delivery

We deliver the jewelries within 5 working days.  However, if the item is not available, it will take up to two weeks to deliver as our jewelries are handmade in the Philippines. We will send you an email if we are unable to send the items on time.


Transactions / Payments

All payment transactions in this website will be in Euro through Pay Pal.
We also accept personal checks, bank drafts or postal orders as a form of payment, if you want to order jewelries by post.  Just send us the item number and description together with the quantity of your orders and we will deliver the items to you once the funds are cleared.


Returns, Refunds and Replacements

If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return any jewelry within 7 days of receipt for refund or replacement. Please be aware that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. When you return an item, please email us first at info@perlas-jewelry.com. Please note that any jewelry returned showing signs of wear, alteration or damage will not be accepted. Post the item with the original packaging and invoice to our postal address and we will process the refund within 2 days. If you paid for the jewelries by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
